US Domestic Shipping

Order Preparation Time & Shipping

  • Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be confirmed, processed, packed, prepared, and received by our shipping carrier, UPS, FedEx, and United States Postal Service.

  • Once your order number has been populated modifications or cancellations are no longer possible. A shipping confirmation will be created and you will notified via email of your tracking number and shipping dates, along with the expected delivery date.

  • Please take into consideration that preparation time (handling) is separate from shipping time. Handling and shipping are only done during our regular business hours Monday through Friday.

  • Orders received after 2 PM EST will automatically be prepared the next business day.

  • Next Day Air Shipping - Order Processed Next Day Air will arrive the next business day after the order is shipped. If you order on Tuesday after 2:00 PM your order will be processed within our regular processing time of 1-3 business days. If you order on a Friday after 2:00 pm your order will not be processed until the next shipping day which would be on a Monday.

  • Label Creation - I noticed a label has been created, but there is no tracking number available when clicking track my package. How do I track my package? Labels are created in the order process by automation from the shipper to create the shipping process by label creation, After the label is created it can take two business days to see movement on your package. After 3 business days if there has been no movement on your package please contact customer service.

  • I’m will not be available when my package is due to arrive, what should I do?

    Call the carrier and request a package intercept and ask that the package be held until you can pick the package up.

  • I tracked my package and it shows the package has been delivered but I am not in receipt of the package. Notify the carrier immediately and report you did not receive your package.

 

International Shipping

At this time Auspicious Essentials is working on advancing to international shipping, once accomplished additional territories will be accepted for shipping.
